- Develop and maintain retirement plans that align with company goals and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely enrollment, eligibility, and plan changes for employees.
- Monitor and analyze retirement benefit trends and make recommendations for plan improvements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for retirement benefits inquiries and concerns from employees.
- Collaborate with HR team to communicate retirement benefits information and updates to employees.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to retirement benefits.
- Prepare and distribute accurate retirement benefits reports to management.
- Work closely with third-party vendors to manage retirement benefits programs and resolve any issues.
- Oversee the administration of retirement plans, including processing employee contributions and distributions.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to employee retirement benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to retirement benefits.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures for retirement benefits programs.
- Collaborate with finance team to manage retirement benefits budget and expenses.
- Train and educate employees on retirement benefits and assist them with any questions or concerns.
- Participate in benefits committee meetings and provide input on retirement benefits strategies and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, With A Focus On Retirement Plans.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Retirement Benefits, Including Erisa And Irs Guidelines.
Experience With Retirement Plan Design, Implementation, And Administration, Including Vendor Management And Employee Communication.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Provide Strategic Recommendations For Retirement Plan Enhancements.
