Behavioral Health Therapist

Legacy Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As Behavioral Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to use your clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals struggling with emotional, mental, and behavioral health issues. You will be responsible for providing evidence-based interventions that foster healing, resilience, and improved overall wellbeing.We are looking for an individual with a passion for helping others, as well as the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and be licensed or license-eligible in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. Additionally, experience providing individual and family therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients struggling with mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues.
2. Assess clients’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
3. Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
4. Collaborate with other providers to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
5. Maintain accurate client records and document all services provided.
6. Educate clients and families on mental health issues and available resources.
7. Provide crisis intervention and support in emergency situations.
8. Remain up-to-date on clinical best practices and maintain licensure requirements.
9. Participate in professional development and continuing education activities.
