- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures across all departments and facilities within the organization.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of potential non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and training on compliance matters.
- Investigate and report any suspected violations of regulations or ethical standards.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other internal departments to address compliance issues.
- Stay updated on changes and updates to laws and regulations related to healthcare compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential compliance risks.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Advise on compliance matters related to new business initiatives, contracts, and partnerships.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into all areas of the organization.
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify potential compliance vulnerabilities.
- Lead and participate in compliance training programs for employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Risk Management, Or Healthcare Auditing.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Healthcare Compliance, Such As Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Staff On Compliance Requirements.
Experience In Conducting Audits, Investigations, And Risk Assessments To Identify And Address Potential Compliance Issues.
