Host/Hostess

The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
2. Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
3. Monitor the dining room and assist with seating and other needs as they arise.
4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any complaints or issues.
5. Manage reservations and waitlists as necessary.
6. Monitor restaurant supplies and order new items as needed.
7. Monitor the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
8. Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, such as restocking, taking out the trash, and cleaning.
