Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding Host/Hostess role in a vibrant and friendly restaurant environment? Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar is in search of a customer service-oriented individual to join our team.The Host/Hostess is an important first-impression maker and is responsible for providing our guests with a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate should be driven, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Required Qualifications:- Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize- Maintain a neat and organized work area- Ability to stand for long periods of time- Previous experience in customer service is a plusIf you think you have the right qualifications and the personality to help us build relationships with our guests, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answer phone calls and book reservations.
  3. Ensure that all guests are provided with a positive dining experience.
  4. Assist wait staff with any customer requests or needs.
  5. Monitor the restaurant dining area for cleanliness and orderliness.
  6. Provide guests with menus and answer any questions they may have.
  7. Ensure that all tables are cleared and properly set for each customer.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints.
  9. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  10. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
