Our Food Runners play an important role in ensuring guest satisfaction by providing efficient and friendly service. Responsibilities: • Greet guests and ensure their meals are accurate, served quickly, and with great customer service • Accept orders over the phone and in-person • Prepare and package food orders for take out • Transport food orders to guest’s tables or cars • Refill water glasses and clear plates as needed • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations • Answer questions from guests regarding menu items and specials • Assist in restocking and replenishing items in the restaurant • Assist servers as needed with bussing tables and running food • Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
