Responsibilities:

1. Receive and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
2. Prepare and package customer orders for takeout
3. Ensure customer orders are ready and delivered at the allotted time
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area
5. Maintain accurate records for all customer orders
6. Communicate effectively with customers and staff
7. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
8. Solve customer issues in a courteous and professional manner
9. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
10. Assist with other tasks as assigned by management
