Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Ensure that tables are cleaned and set up quickly and accurately
3. Assist servers in delivering food to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
4. Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room
6. Ensure that all dishes and glassware are properly washed and stored
7. Keep track of supplies and restock when needed
8. Assist with any special requests or needs of customers
9. Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
10. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
