4. Stay up-to-date with new regulations and industry best practices and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
5. Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement safety training programs for all employees.
6. Lead incident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports of all EHS activities and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and renewed.
8. Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
9. Manage and oversee the work of EHS staff and contractors.
10. Communicate and engage with employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
11. Develop and monitor EHS-related budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of programs.
12. Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies on EHS matters.
13. Represent the company in EHS-related meetings and conferences.
14. Conduct regular EHS performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
15. Collaborate with other departments to integrate EHS practices into business operations.
