
EHS Manager

- Develop and implement company-wide environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to all departments and employees to ensure adherence to EHS standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
- Stay up-to-date with new regulations and industry best practices and make necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement safety training programs for all employees.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all EHS activities and ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and renewed.
- Develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness.
- Manage and oversee the work of EHS staff and contractors.
- Communicate and engage with employees at all levels to promote a culture of safety and compliance.
- Develop and monitor EHS-related budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of programs.
- Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies on EHS matters.
- Represent the company in EHS-related meetings and conferences.
- Conduct regular EHS performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate EHS practices into business operations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Environmental Science, Occupational Health And Safety, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Construction Or Engineering Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Environmental And Safety Regulations.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Train A Team Of Ehs Professionals.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Ehs Policies And Procedures, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Managing Audits And Inspections.
