Loss Prevention Coordinator

Respond immediately to accident hotline. Investigate accidents and record in AS/400 and eRIMS. Responsible for company compliance with federal regulations in all aspects of DOT accident recording, post-accident testing, and reasonable suspicion testing. Maintain open communication with RMCS. Audit adjuster reports, police reports & photos for accuracy of facts. Report preventability/ accident ruling to operator and contractor. Manage and advise assigned operator group. Contribute educational information in Safety Newsletter for distribution to our drivers, agents, customers and employees. Inform management whenever fatal/high exposure occurs.
