Business Process Manager
Identify process requirements. Assess and align on customer needs and balance with current solution capabilities to improve the end-to end process. Manage end-to-end enterprise processes. Consolidate data and improve visibility and access to information. Document processes and own the implementation of process. Develop problem solutions by describing requirements in a workflow chart and diagram; study system capabilities; analyze alternate solutions. Analyze workflow and procedures to expand operational knowledge. Work projects through completion, track, monitor, report and coordinate. Establish a common language for business and IT alignment. Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions.
5+ years successful business process improvement to include requirements gathering, analysis, ideation and documentation for large complex B2C or B2B companies.
Previous experience process mapping and current state analysis
