Account Specialist
An Account Specialist should also be willing to learn the Lean and Agile methodologies in order to provide quick turnaround on customer needs and keep an eye to improving the day-to-day operational processes as part of a team. Serves as day-to-day contact for Customer Contacts for operational requests such as order issues, logos, websites, inventory/on-hand statuses, etc. Contribute to program evaluation and make recommendations for improvement as necessary. Coordinate and facilitate client meetings with a focus on retention and relationship building. Manage relationship and communication between cross-functional partners and customer. Analyze customer feedback for assigned account(s).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects while remaining flexible
