Job Description

At Lacoste, we are looking for a customer-focused Store Operations Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission of delivering quality products and exceptional service to our customers. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory, staff management, and compliance. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that all store operations are conducted in accordance with company policy and procedures.The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for retail and customer service, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of operational best practices. We are looking for an experienced manager who is able to lead, motivate, and mentor their team, while also being able to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
