  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  5. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer focus.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
  8. Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, making recommendations to improve the store's performance and maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Represent the Lacoste brand at local events and build partnerships within the community to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  11. Manage inventory levels, merchandise assortments, and replenishment processes to maximize sales and minimize loss.
  12. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  13. Monitor and control store expenses, including labor, supplies, and operational costs.
  14. Adhere to company visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store's appearance is always in line with the Lacoste brand image.
