Responsible for the full lifecycle of new college graduate and intern recruiting – sourcing at university campuses, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates. Cultivate strong long-term relationships with aligned partner schools as a top source for candidates. This includes travel to these campuses several times in the fall and spring semesters for career fairs and other recruiting events. Actively implement diversity recruitment and retention strategies in partnership with Engagement & Inclusion. Develop strong partnerships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand and meet business hiring needs. Ensure high quality candidate selection and timely university graduate and intern hiring. Track progress in applicant tracking system, striving for 100% data accuracy to ultimately ensure goals are met.
