Test Engineering Manager

Lead the Test Engineering Group and be responsible for the coordination and execution of tests across multiple programs. Demonstrated ability of leading test programs while adhering to schedule, budget, quality and safety. Generate and present technical documents to support testing including test procedures and reports for internal and external customers. Motivate and grow engineers to achieve high performance and engagement. Provides supervision, support and guidance to Technicians. Evaluate and analyze test results to determine if products meet specifications. Responsible for developing the test strategies and adapting existing test equipment to support test requirements while seeking new and more efficient methods and procedures for testing. Writing and contributing to technical proposals to support the company in capturing new contracts. Ensure test equipment is maintained in good working condition and is being operated within safe and recommended ratings.
