Develop, organize, and deliver documentation and/or training courseware for customer in structured (CSS, DITA, HTML) and unstructured (Word, PPT) environments. Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately and be comfortable asking questions to ensure accuracy. Research and translate technical information into user guides, training materials, installation manuals, etc. in a web-based platform (Dreamweaver, Confluence) for non-technical and technical users. Regularly review documentation to update procedures as required by the program to ensure relevant and current operations. Work closely with the program, engineering, and test teams to ensure user feedback and scenarios are communicated and represented in documentation development.
