Specialist, Talent Management

This position is responsible for supporting the deployment of learning and development (L+D) programs and LMS applications across the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) segment for L3Harris. Coordinates and monitors segment wide reporting tools that inform leaders and course owners of training status. Performs LMS administration, including grant and train access users, build custom reports, monitor learning status, and testing/maintenance of the system. Provides excellent customer service and daily support for LMS administrators, learning POCs, HRBPs, manager and employee requests. Addresses and troubleshoots LMS and program/course issues in a timely manner with HRIS and IT. Publishes and tests new and updated elearning content modules. Authors documents and job aides regarding learning polices and practices, LMS processes, and training.
