- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and review of product and process specifications.
- Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to quality control.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control activities and provide reports to management.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on quality-related matters to team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance And Engineering.
Knowledge Of Relevant Quality Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.
Experience In Implementing And Maintaining Quality Management Systems.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead Root Cause Analysis And Corrective Action Processes.
