- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard classified information and assets in compliance with government regulations.
- Conduct security briefings, trainings, and audits to ensure all employees are aware of and adhering to security protocols.
- Perform regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date security records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all security requirements are met for new projects and contracts.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on changes in industrial security regulations and standards, and ensure company compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and third-party security providers.
- Manage and maintain secure facilities, including access control systems and visitor procedures.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization to promote a strong security culture.
- Keep management informed of any potential security risks or concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in company security reviews and inspections.
- Support and assist with security clearance processes for employees.
- Train and mentor new members of the Industrial Security team.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Defense Or Aerospace Industry Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (Nispom) And Other Relevant Security Regulations And Guidelines.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance With The Ability To Obtain And Maintain Access To Sensitive Compartmented Information (Sci) And Special Access Program (Sap) Information.
Demonstrated Experience In Conducting Security Inspections, Investigations, And Audits To Ensure Compliance With Government Regulations And Company Policies.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interface With Government Agencies, Program Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
