- Develop and implement EMI/EMC test plans and procedures for products and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive EMI/EMC testing and analysis to identify and resolve any compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EMI/EMC considerations into product designs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams to ensure compliance with EMI/EMC standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in EMI/EMC technology and incorporate them into company processes and procedures.
- Conduct thorough reviews of product designs to identify potential EMI/EMC issues and recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain EMI/EMC design guidelines and best practices.
- Communicate EMI/EMC requirements and solutions to stakeholders and customers.
- Lead and mentor junior EMI/EMC engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in customer meetings and presentations to showcase EMI/EMC capabilities and solutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure EMI/EMC compliance of components and materials.
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for EMI/EMC issues.
- Review and approve EMI/EMC test reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary certifications for products and systems.
- Continuously improve EMI/EMC processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Emi/Emc Engineering
Strong Understanding Of Mil-Std-461 And Other Relevant Electromagnetic Compatibility Standards
Experience With Design And Testing Of Electronic Systems For Military Applications
Proficiency In Electromagnetic Modeling And Simulation Software, Such As Ansys Hfss Or Cst Microwave Studio.
