We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager for our Operations Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) division. As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our MRO facilities, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.   1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MRO facilities to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of MRO operations.
  3. Manage a team of MRO technicians and staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  4. Monitor and analyze MRO performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the MRO facilities.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and supply chain, to ensure smooth and timely execution of MRO projects.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections of MRO facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  8. Develop and manage the MRO budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in MRO operations, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  10. Act as a liaison between the MRO division and executive management, providing regular updates on operations, challenges, and achievements.
  11. Ensure all MRO maintenance and repair work meets customer specifications and deadlines.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the MRO division, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
  13. Collaborate with the HR department to recruit, train, and retain qualified MRO personnel.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes for the MRO division.
  15. Represent the company and the MRO division at industry events and conferences.
