- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company's assets, information, and personnel
- Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and guidelines, including NISPOM, ITAR, and CUI
- Oversee and manage security clearance processing for employees and subcontractors
- Conduct security briefings and training for all employees to promote awareness and adherence to security protocols
- Coordinate and collaborate with government agencies and customers on security matters
- Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies
- Manage security budgets and resources effectively to support organizational goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all security-related inquiries and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business operations and processes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in industrial security to continuously improve and enhance security program.
Minimum Of 10-15 Years Of Experience In Industrial Security, Preferably In A Management Role.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Security Management, Criminal Justice, Or Business Administration.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Government Security Regulations, Including Nispom, Jpas, And Dd-254.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Senior Executives, Government Officials, And Employees At All Levels.
Active Top Secret Security Clearance With Sci Eligibility.
