- Develop and optimize processes for the production of advanced electronic components using semiconductor thin films technology.
- Utilize expertise in semiconductor engineering to analyze and troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.
- Research and evaluate new materials, methods, and technologies to improve semiconductor thin films processes and enhance product performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that processes meet design specifications and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor thin films technology and incorporate them into process development.
- Conduct process experiments and design of experiments (DOE) to optimize and validate processes.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on semiconductor thin films processes and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the production process.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments to provide project updates and recommendations.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment for process development and improvement.
- Participate in project planning and provide input on process feasibility, cost, and timeline.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product performance.
- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Thin Film Deposition Processes, Such As Physical Vapor Deposition (Pvd) Or Chemical Vapor Deposition (Cvd).
Familiarity With Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment And Processes, Including Etching, Lithography, And Metrology.
Strong Understanding Of Semiconductor Materials And Their Properties, Including Iii-V Compounds And Silicon.
Proven Track Record Of Troubleshooting And Optimizing Thin Film Processes To Improve Yield And Reduce Defects.
