Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Systems Engineering.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Systems Engineering Role, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Systems Engineering Principles And Processes, Including Requirements Management, System Design, Integration, And Testing.
Familiarity With Relevant Industry Standards And Protocols, Such As Do-178C And Do-254.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
