- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for the assembly and thermal processing of aerospace and defense products.
- Ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency in all manufacturing processes.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in current processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive progress in the organization.
- Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any process issues that arise.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and make recommendations for further improvements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement best practices to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new equipment and materials for process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide suggestions for cost-saving opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting process updates and recommendations to management.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets to meet project objectives.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Specifically In The Areas Of Assembly And Thermal Processing.
Proficient In Cad Software And Experience With Process Simulation Tools.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing And Six Sigma Methodologies.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Processes To Improve Efficiency And Quality.
