- Manage complex programs from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively track progress and identify potential risks and delays.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, technicians, and other professionals to drive project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with company objectives.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in program management in external meetings and conferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program management to ensure the company remains competitive.

Extensive Program Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Program Management, With A Track Record Of Successfully Executing Large And Complex Projects. This Experience Should Include Managing Cross-Functional Teams, Controlling Budgets, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Scope.
Strong Technical Background: As A Principal Program Manager At L3Harris Corporation, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Technical Background In Engineering Or A Related Field. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Communicate With The Technical Team And Understand The Complexities Of The Project.
Proven Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Motivating Teams To Achieve Project Goals. They Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Team Members, Stakeholders, And Senior Management.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Drive Business Growth.
