
Networking Technical Trainer
Design, develop, and deliver technical training on L3Harris land mobile radio systems to end customers, indirect channel partners, and L3Harris employees at the Technical Training Center in Lynchburg, Virginia and at domestic and international customer locations. Understanding customer requirements and use-cases for product applications and articulating technology and product positioning to our customers. The maintenance and operation of a typical LMR Trunked Radio Systems. A working knowledge of Public Safety communications and Public Safety dispatching operations. Acting as a liaison between internal and external stake holders to define user requirements and shape product features to fit those needs. Understanding the features of L3Harris products and conveying how those features benefit individual and unique customers. Recommending equipment solutions to customers that will meet their requirements.
A minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Knowledge and experience implementing training programs using an instructional design methodology.
Internet Protocol (IP) networking experience
A basic understanding of electronics theory and the ability to work with hardware components as required
