  1. Develop and implement manufacturing test plans and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues in the manufacturing process.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to identify and troubleshoot any defects or malfunctions.
  4. Utilize various testing equipment and techniques to validate product performance and functionality.
  5. Document and report any test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing and manufacturing processes.
  8. Train and guide production teams on proper testing procedures and techniques.
  9. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  10. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in testing and quality assurance methods.
  11. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to provide input on product design for manufacturability and testability.
  12. Participate in product design reviews to identify potential quality and reliability issues.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the manufacturing process.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize manufacturing test processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing test processes and provide support and guidance to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Or Test Engineering Role

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Testing Methodologies, And Quality Control Procedures

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Systems And Identify Root Causes Of Issues
