Project manage and lead annual salary and incentive planning processes such as HR and manager training, systems testing, data validation, communications, and detailed compensation analysis. Manage sales and business development incentive plans, from collaborating with leaders on quota setting to leading payout review and approval process. Partners and provides consultation to the HR team to conduct compensation analyses, inclusive of recommendations for new hires, internal promotions, counter offers and job evaluations, while reinforcing the company’s overall compensation philosophy. Enhance effectiveness and improvements for SAS Total Rewards processes. Oversee and lead rewards and recognition programs inclusive of service awards and spot awards. Lead and manage special projects or initiatives with various team members and stakeholders within and outside of the SAS HR team.
9 years of compensation, HR analytics, finance or relevant experience
Master’s degree and/or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
Experience in managing complex projects with various team members and stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with impeccable attention to detail.
