- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of solid rocket propulsion systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, set objectives, and establish project timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Project Engineering, With A Focus On Solid Rocket Propulsion Systems.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technical Staff.
Extensive Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Solid Rocket Propulsion, Such As Mil-Std-1901 And Nfpa 1127.
Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Six Sigma, And Microsoft Project.
