- Lead a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of complex software programs.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of software programs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality and efficient software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and project-related issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and project management skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in software development to drive innovation within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards throughout the software development process.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Project/Program Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Agile And Waterfall Project Management Methodologies.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Software Development Projects From Conception To Completion.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
