Lead, Electrical Systems Engineering
Accountable for performance of the technical requirements of assigned program deliverables while supporting scope, schedule, and budget contraints. Implement root cause corrective action for design escapes and technical issues. Develop collaborative relationships with other technical leads, IPT. Leads/Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and Program Leadership to support business demands. Perform technical risk assessments on proposals and programs. Support pursuits and technical proposals, including Basis of Estimates as needed. Lead technical issue resolution teams when required. Lead and participate on Technical Independent Review Teams (IRT). Responsibilities will include electrical system architecture, system requirement definition, technical documentation development, requirement verification, and participating on/leading electrical technical teams.
9+ years Relevant Engineering & Leadership Work Experience with a proven track-record in aerospace, military, or space applications
Electrical System Design Experience
Experience allocating system level requirements to applicable sub-systems and components
Experience in designing complex electrical systems, circuits, and sub-system components
