
Compensation Lead
Review the effectiveness of current non-executive compensation programs, including managing the participation in market data surveys, evaluating best practices and driving process improvement initiatives. Recommend and design new forward-leaning compensation strategies to drive the attraction, retention and engagement of a highly skilled and diverse workforce. Ensure consistent, equitable and market reflective application of company compensation philosophy while balancing unique regional and company-specific regulations and practices. Administer annual non-executive compensation planning processes, comprising merit and incentive planning inclusive of sales and business development incentive programs. Assist the stock administration team with non-executive equity program planning and analyses. Conduct ongoing reviews and evaluations of salary structures and job evaluation processes Develop ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to analyze non-executive compensation programs and present to senior leadership.
A minimum of 5 years of compensation experience
Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations based on compensation principles and philosophy
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to varying audiences
