Oversee daily activities to include, but not limited to receiving, packaging, put away, picking, consolidation, shipping, replenishment, inventory control, returns processing and all other DC related activities. Oversee staff to ensure the proper rotation, maintenance and accounting of inventory.Ensure all other inventory control related activities and procedures are followed to maintain inventory integrity. Assist the Parts & Wholegoods Warehouse Manager in the performance review process for warehouse staff, contributing valuable input into and/or the writing of annual performance evaluations. Provide training and development for new warehouse employees and/or temporary workers with applicable DC procedures and practices. Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement with willingness to challenge existing norms to discover innovative ideas that result in incremental or dramatic process improvement.
