Production Planning Specialist

Conduct daily activities to support the receiving, scheduling, production, shipping, and billing involved in the final tractor assembly process, including M/TLB series and L series roll-on-roll-off (RORO).Provide customer service to our U.S. sales organization regarding product availability, delivery, and sales order maintenance. Coordinate activities with the Manufacturing Department, U.S. sales company, and 3rd party logistics companies to support daily assembly operations. Issue stock transfers to the U.S. sales company (NADC), coordinate daily sequenced tire deliveries (Titan), and coordinate daily sequenced deliveries of tractors from the Port and Carrier Yards. Monitor all deliveries for timely receipt to assure on-time production and assembly completion (no backorders to customer). Perform annual physical inventory process, including counting, system input, and reconciling of variances.
