Strategic Alignment Coach

Serve as OKR coach and support for assigned KTD Verticals, developing others to lead with OKRs thereby making them self-sustaining. Train the leaders and members of their assigned verticals to develop quality and meaningful OKRs. Help leaders drive alignment within their organizations Work with Workstream Business Partners to engage and include them in the creation of OKRs. Define and facilitate all OKR Ceremonies for assigned KTD Verticals. Schedule and facilitate OKR week grading and planning activities Facilitate KTD Vertical leadership OKR Inspection sessions. Create, document, and train on OKR principles and practices for Kroger. Provide training on OKR topics to groups inside and outside of KTD. Serve as a product-led emissary by working with product leaders to integrate OKRs as the core of product-led practices and to help teams adopt product-led ways of thinking and working.
