- Lead and manage the beer, wine, and liquor department, ensuring the team is meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the department.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing shrinkage.

Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.
Knowledge Of Beer, Wine, And Liquor Products: A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Beer, Wine, And Liquor Products, As Well As Industry Trends And Regulations, Is Essential For This Role.
