1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store during evening hours.
2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
4. Restock shelves and ensure that products are neatly organized and displayed.
5. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any low or out-of-stock items.
6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of customers and staff.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately staffed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
9. Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries during evening hours.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
12. Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns that may arise during the shift.
13. Continuously monitor store operations and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
14. Attend all required training and meetings to stay updated on store policies and procedures.
