Store Night Clerk

1. Greet and welcome customers into the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Ensure all customers receive exceptional service by answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with their shopping needs.
3. Keep the store clean and organized by regularly restocking shelves, removing expired or damaged products, and maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
4. Assist with inventory management by counting and recording merchandise, reporting low stock levels, and restocking products as needed.
5. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Follow proper safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team, and customers.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and provide support where needed, promoting a positive and cohesive work environment.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and managers, reporting any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service, safety, and security standards.
10. Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and prices to assist customers with their purchasing decisions.
11. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing new strategies and techniques.
12. Be punctual and reliable in attending scheduled shifts, including overnight and weekend shifts, as required for the role.
13. Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
14. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Kroger brand and values.
15. Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
