1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store during evening hours.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
3. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customers.
4. Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times, including restocking and tidying up shelves and displays.
5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
6. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by following all store policies and procedures.
7. Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activities to management.
8. Assist in the receiving and stocking of inventory shipments during night hours.
9. Responsible for balancing cash registers at the end of each shift and preparing daily deposits.
10. Collaborate with the store team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
11. Conduct regular price checks and update product prices as necessary.
12. Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions to assist customers with their purchases.
13. Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate manager when needed.
14. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic store.
15. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth operation during the evening shift.
16. Perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager to ensure the store runs efficiently.
