STORE/NIGHT CLERK

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning checkout areas.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
7. Manage store security by monitoring and reporting any suspicious behavior.
8. Follow store policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
9. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and targets.
10. Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within designated time frames.
11. Able to adapt to changing store needs and assist in various departments as needed.
12. Maintain knowledge of store layout, products, and promotions to provide excellent customer service.
13. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
14. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.
15. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
16. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
