• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Stock shelves and rotate products according to company policies and procedures
• Ensure product displays are neat, organized, and fully stocked
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and ensure all aisles and areas are free of clutter
• Assist customers with locating products and provide recommendations when needed
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries and verifying inventory
• Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for customers and employees
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.
