1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment throughout the night shift.
3. Restock and arrange merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store.
4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low or out of stock items to the appropriate team members.
5. Assist customers with locating products and provide helpful and knowledgeable recommendations.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
7. Operate cash registers and perform cash handling duties accurately.
8. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
10. Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
11. Prepare store for opening each morning by ensuring all shelves are fully stocked and displays are neat and organized.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
13. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or equipment issues to the appropriate department.
14. Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries during the overnight shift.
