  1. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking shelves and ensuring products are in their designated places.
  2. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of items received.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding low stock or overstock situations.
  4. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all products are fresh and in sellable condition.
  5. Follow proper safety protocols and company procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
  6. Assist customers with locating products and provide exceptional customer service.
  7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.
  8. Identify and report any damaged or expired products to management.
  9. Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and ladders to safely move and store merchandise.
  10. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Stock Associate At Kroger, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining And Organizing Inventory In The Stockroom And On The Sales Floor. This Requires A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
