- Ensure shelves are always fully stocked and organized by regularly restocking merchandise and rotating products according to expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Keep shelves and aisles clean and orderly to provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, including checking for accuracy and quality of products.
- Collaborate with team members to create attractive displays and promotions to increase sales.
- Follow company safety and security policies to prevent loss and maintain a safe working environment.
- Use equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move and organize products.
- Communicate with management regarding stock levels and any issues or concerns.
- Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
