1. Ensure shelves are fully stocked with high-quality products at all times.
2. Receive and process incoming shipments of products.
3. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
4. Rotate and arrange products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
5. Keep the store organized and clean, including backroom and storage areas.
6. Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
7. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet store goals.
8. Communicate any product shortages or issues to the manager.
9. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
10. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline stock processes.
11. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
12. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
13. Uphold the store's image and reputation by maintaining a professional demeanor.
14. Operate equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
15. Train and mentor new stock associates as needed.
