• Train and mentor new and existing baristas on coffee knowledge, beverage preparation, and customer service skills.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Ensure that all baristas are adhering to company standards and following proper procedures for beverage preparation and food safety.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
• Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling and managing breaks for the team, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
