1. Greet and welcome customers to the Starbucks at Kroger location with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
3. Prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
4. Ensure the quality and consistency of all drinks served, paying attention to details such as temperature, taste, and appearance.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and following food safety guidelines.
6. Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
7. Educate customers on our products and promotions, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
8. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company procedures and policies.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, and assist with tasks such as restocking supplies and rotating inventory.
10. Continuously improve knowledge and skills related to coffee, tea, and other beverages, as well as customer service techniques.
11. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, health, and sanitation.
12. Represent the Starbucks brand and uphold its values and standards in all interactions with customers and team members.
13. Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
14. Attend and participate in training and development programs as required by the company.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
