7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Uphold company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve beverage quality, customer service, and overall performance.
11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques.
12. Proactively resolve any customer complaints or issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
13. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of food and equipment.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
15. May be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.
